LENS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Lens was founded in 1991 by Robert A.G. Monks and Nell Minow. Having achieved its investment goals, Lens has now transferred its activist operations to Lens Governance Advisors which is advising institutions and other professionals on corporate governance activities.

Between its inception in 1992 and it closing in 2000, a portfolio of the stocks in which LENS invested outperformed the S&P500.
